On Feb. 1, 2007 I had the opportunity to take two very bright students from the Syracuse Housing Authority's Tenant Assistance Program (TAP) out to see and meet Malaak Shabazz. Malaak is the sixth daughter of slain human rights advocator El Hajj Malik El Shabazz who is more commonly known as Malcolm X.
